Very nice area where you have been Clary but I won't venture that far, I'm talking about the west coast of South Australia which is a mere 800km travelling from Adelaide. Also extremely scenic with the coastal cliffs reaching 300 feet in height giving you spectacular views of the Southern Ocean or Great Australian Bight.
Wonderful country to have so many tracts of uninhabited coast to wander in; I got to know the Victorian bit of the Gt Ocean Rd when staying in Lorne in 2003, it seemed endless and I kept having to turn back before I'd got anywhere!
X-tremely contrasting Country Australia, from the lush tropics in the north, to the extensive deserts in the centre, and the great dividing range of thousands of kilometres of mountains in the east. Endless ocean beaches and breathless scenery, a delight for any traveller.
Yes, that is certain; however I will be limiting next winter's travel to Dubai, Oman and India; until my sons can pay rent on my flat, I can't afford the expensive life of the Australian first world.
Zipped through these places whilst travelling to Europe and back. Always remember the unbelievable airport building in Dubai, straight out of the tales of 1001 nights, incredible luxurious.
