X operating system is pretty neat; and I have never had a virus either.

You know, the Linux system is pretty good, too...

Zero knowledge of it, I'm afraid, but isn't it even rarer than Mac?

Actually, scientists prefer it because it never crashes. Of course, the MAC doesn't usually, either.

Bet you both haven't heard of Crapola Inc's revolutionary Window's for Toasters operating system.

Can be sure I haven't, Dutchy; though I did have a cd burner using software called Toast; and one could rechristen some of these worthy breakfast cereals Crapola.

Don't think I've heard of that, though.

[How are you, Clary?]

Have you heard of the electric veggie peeler? The purpose escapes me! How would you use it?

I think the purpose must be to peel veggies, alarming as that might sound. Howdy Mame, all quiet on the Western front?

Just think... you hold a veggie in one hand, the peeler in the other, and then you move the peeler over the veggie. What is the difference between the "manual" version and the "electric"? Laughing

Yes, damned quiet - where are all the pot-stirrers when you need them?

Kitchen utensils are very 'value added' these days, you burn useful calories beating with a handwhisk and it only takes a couple of minutes longer than an electric one as well as saving the planet. (a pot stirrer might be useful though...)

Looks like you know your way around a kitchen, or should I say 'weigh', since you're talking about burning calories...

Quite good, I'm told. I prefer to cook Asian food, since I lived in Asia for 22 years. What's your favourite?
