Find 5 words and combine them sorted into a sentence. They are meaningful words, after decryption.

no i'v been lookin for the solution for ages and found this sit so i thought someone here mite know.
i think its binary code, which can be converted into characters.
It is binary code, problem is is it's all technical jargon. There's nothing to decrypt.

I looked at this challange and it's pretty hard.I figured out the following.
The answer is exclusive,so don't try to decode the binary code.

3=Bill Gates

well first off that looks like binary but isnt...its a xor
secondly...the color of a grey zebra...is not grey its Gray
