Stuff, osso .... to live in a tiny house you've got to off-load a LOT of stuff! And then watch very carefully what you purchase. For me, even the size of vases has to be seriously considered! Laughing

I LOVE small houses.

There are many houses that compete for the "smallest" title in England, but here is the winner, IMO.

95 High Street, Wavertree, (Liverpool), England......

As it is today.....it looks like they have shut up the front, and have now relocated the entrance to the rear of the building. Maybe the High Street is a little too noisy nowadays....

And....as it was back in the early 1900's. This looks much cosier, IMO.

Here is another of those little gas stations (with add on), it's in Woodstock NY and is now a tatoo parlor:

My first apartment was about 200' ft. It took me about an hour to clean and then I was free to go do other things. I get nostalgic for it when I'm running the vaccum around my current house. The key to living in a small space is well designed storage.

Someone shared this on Facebook and I thought folks here would be intrigued by it.

Couldn't find an "unusual houses" type thread so I'm putting it here.

It isn't tiny, but it is small and I would love to live there.

@Butrflynet,
Lovely... I've always liked that tropical look. I'd prefer visiting to living there, I think.

i've found myself looking at these really cool 12 by 24 foot garden sheds at Home Depot, one has a loft across the back, two of them together would make a pretty comfortable living space i think, wonder if tai chi would give me a few feet at the back of the property Razz

@djjd62,
I put one of those together for my sis, deej. it was her pool house.

I got two extra windows and reinforced the hell outta the roof joists. the chip board they make them from only lasts about 10 years...

@tsarstepan,
Inside the 77 sq ft Greenwich Village apartment with no bathroom for $2,350/month

Video of the space that does show where the shared toilet is but not mention anything about a shower or tub.
