Aw! You say the swellest things, edgar!
(Swellest? Is there such a word?
)
That's good to know, edgar:
Swell
Sweller
Swellest!
Though "sweller" is pushing things a bit!

There wasn't much on last night, but I had recorded some programs earlier.

I'm thinking of you two.
TV time here......
Two? Two?
Surely you mean
three, Reyn? <sniff>
There were two at the time of my posting.
Sorry if you felt left out.
I received eight movies for presents. I watched five. Now I'm down to a three movie set of Clint Eastwood.
One I watched was the final Star Wars movie; what, Episode III? The guy playing Aniken Skywalker has as much onscreen presence as my bedpost.
Ray was outstanding.
Mickey Blue Eyes, with Hugh Grant. It was fairly entertaining, but I wouldn't spend my own money on it.
Another was a dismal western with Brian Keith. I love Keith, but this oater was not up to par.
One Eyed Jacks. I'd seen it before. It could have been much better, but I watched it anyway.
edgar, If I may, please get a copy of "Lonely are the Brave"
I have seen Lonely Are the Brave several times. I love that Kirk Douglas film.

I love the old spaghetti westerns with him in it.
A Fistful of Dollars
For A Few Dollars More
The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly (my all time favourite!)
I already had Good Bad Ugly (a great film). The ones given to me are ones I saw some years back. The Unforgiven, Pale Rider and Josey Wales.
I notice since reyn retired he doesn't spend as much time being swell for us on a2k. I bet his wife keeps him busy with a long honey do list.
reyn is my brother in the a2k world. I'd like to call him Beave, but he won't let me.
Then we shall call you Wally!
Right as Reyn?
Reyn is swell.
Reyn, it would be mighty nifty if you could come back & talk to us again! Especially to edgar ... he obviously misses you.
It's pronounced "wren" people, let's show the man a little respect.
Sorry, sorry! I'll try really hard to rember that in future!
reyn feels the pain
when it's pronounced like rain
madder'n a wet hen
when not pronounced wren
(no he don't really care
so long as love is always there)
