Here is an excellent item to give as a christmas gift for the person who has everything!
SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Scott Pinizzotto is used to the giggles whenever he brings up high-tech toilet seats that rinse and warm people's bottoms. Yet he continues to believe he's sitting on a potential gold mine.
"This is the next evolution of the toilet," Pinizzotto said of the Swash, an upscale seat made by his San Francisco startup, Brondell Inc. "We are trying to educate people that there is a more hygienic and comfortable way to go to the bathroom." ........

Can we get mirrors that automatically brush people's teeth?
I originally read your post quickly. I thought you wanted mirrors put into the toilet seat, so you could check yourself!
This doesn't sound too good, but maybe I just see it wrong.
Weird can be good though.....sometimes.
eew. how do you keep the spraying unit clean? At least with a biddet, you don't actually use the thing to collect your waste.
Good point! I think you should ask Brondell as a "concerned consumer".
littlek have you used a biddet? I don't get it, it's only for washing?

the website said there is a self cleaning feature - these babies are expensive
Seems to me (not that I'm experienced or anything  ) that a moist towelette will do the job just as well, and a heck of a lot cheaper!
Welp, I like the toilet seats with the nice plastic "cushions" on them. They keep my kitty butt nice and warm. I hate sitting on a cold toilet seat. But the cushioned ones? Aaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!! It's the only way to fly, people.
You do realize that those are harder to keep clean, eh?
I suppose it is up to me to say that bidets are wonderful inventions...
Actually, my mom has told me that I need to give up the cushioned seats. The plastic has a tendancy to crack, so you have to replace them after a few months. So she's told me I need to give up this madness.
But I say, "No way!" Once you've led the cushioned toilet seat life -- there's just no going back!!
Surely I am not the only a2ker who has enjoyed a bidet....
Nope, Iliked the bidets in Italy. Especially since showering daily was frown upon.
They never told us that in the hotels, of whatever number of stars or lack of them.... heh. Heat, on the other hand, in February and March, was well monitored to twice a day.
We didn't stay in hotels.
So, does this friendly and helpful toilet seat reach up and pat you dry, or you supposed to leave with a wet butt?
