Faster Able2Know

I have made some changes today (and am making more) that will hopefully speed up the site a bit.

I am changing the page generation time, this is the time it takes the server to generate pages, not the time it takes to transmit the data to you.

I'd noticed that the ad-free version of the site is less sluggish, not just in transfer time but in page generation time.

The reason for this was the complex algorithms the server was performing to ensure that ads were not served to the same user on the same page within a given time.

I'm changing this but would like tech adept people to comment on the result. This will cost Able2Know money in terms of less effective ads and I don't want to make these changes without a noticable difference.

If the change is worth it this will be implemented in A2K 2.0 that is being tested right now.
