Sailing. Windsurfing is strenuous I believe. You can sail along with one hand trailing in the warm water gazing into the misty blue heavens where new orders are created.

Elegant glass of coloured liquid with ice, a straw and a small brightly coloured plastic umbrella or a pint of John Smith's Extra Smooth.

Never having had the thermidor I'll go for that.

I'm not knocking bangers and mash mind you. There's a time and place.
I have seen the thermidor highly praised and by experts for it's delicate taste.

Langourous late evenings or brisk early morning run over icy roads with a haversack full of bricks in tow.
