I get about 7 hours of sleep these days.

I've heard about Google TV. I would choose it if its free (then I need to get a television to watch it on).

Wash dishes in an electric dishwasher or by hand in the sink?

both! I have prescription sunglasses for when I'm not wearing my contacts and regular sunglasses for whem I am wearing them.

Speak out sometimes. Though I often feel helpless in that even if one speaks out against a policy or an injustice or an unjust policy, that the people in charge and/or the people committing the transgression refuse to hear the legitimate complaint or at best just give a pleasant allegedly reassuring bit of lip service and basically ignore the complaint all together.

Spend 520 days locked up in a grounded space module with 5 other scientists while running a simulated spaceflight to Mars or spending 365 days in an isolated monastery under a vow of celibacy and silence?
