Until we settle and colonize the other planets of our solar system, the only life out there are measly viruses and bacteria. Perhaps a few other kinds of single celled monsters as well.

Slightly over. Current public policy in the US that police often allow drivers to drive up to 9 or 10 miles an hour over the speed limit if the area around the roads are less populated and are safe from/for pedestrians.

Reading/learning about the real historic figure of Robin Hood in a well researched history book or lecture or just watching the fictionalized and sentimentalized idea of Robin Hood as depicted by Hollywood?
