I think both are already too powerful though I'd opt for weaker federal and stronger state.

To be fair, one shouldn't be allowed to arbitrarily yell fire in crowded cinema and cause a riot that be fatal as a real fire. So some restrictions are necessary.

Which is the more annoying comic strip? Cathy or Family Circus?

I used to think English comedies were better until I saw the wretched state of affairs on the English telly two years ago. They both suck. It's a toss up.

I rather have something else. But a glass of spa mineral water is less to drink so less exposure to the dreaded bitter taste then drinking 6 pints of any beer. I hate beer with a passion.

For exercise I find walking to be superior. Though biking is good too.

Directors are only as good as the actors they direct (and the screenplays they are provided) so I will go with actor.
