Depending on the reason for the activity: When I last lived in Framingham, I biked to work. Now I live in NYC: I prefer walking as it's a little bit more leisurely and I can still appreciate the city surroundings no matter what neighborhood I'm walking in.

You find a lost large sum of money and you know of whom it belongs to: return it or cite the finder's keepers rules and spend it?
