Wade in a pool. I have a minor irrational fear of some unknown residents when concerned entering the ocean or natural ponds.

When buying a present to someone who lives far away from you: buy them an e-gift card or send them a present directly from say Amazon.com?

I don't out and out avoid my fears so somewhat true. I would go out on a boat even a row boat on the water though I can't swim. I would eat a chocolate covered grasshopper though I'm repulsed by most insects (especially earwigs and cockroaches). I have yet to be offered a chocolate covered grasshopper and I don't openly seek boat travel.
