For books? In store. For everything else? Online is fine.

Having a cleaning robot that's meticulous and efficient in its cleaning job but has a 1 percent chance of freaking out and killing you in a revolutionary fashion or just using a roomba which cleans ... uh... well enough but if it went beserk could only stub your toe at worst?
