I make my own fruit salads because I sometimes get the sneaky suspicion that the food manufacturers might not have my best interests at heart.

You see and record your neighbor's teenager putting dirt in your mailbox. Do you go to his parents and squeal on him, or do you show the kid the evidence you have and tell him how much you want to keep your mouth shut?

We have one of the best big city sources (in the US) of municipal water here in NYC. Very drinkable.
