Now that Twitter has doubled the character limit? That. Email tends to always get a response but usually it takes days. Twitter? If I do get a response? Within an hour (because it's a public arena and the company ... in theory ... knows other people can see if the issue gets resolved or not).

Be able to talk to pigeons on a daily basis or mind control a subway rat to do your bidding?

Tea sachets. They're slightly bigger than traditional tea bags so there's more room for the tea leaves to expand.
