First I breathe deep, drink some water, then a pain pill. (sometimes get them from shallow breathing or insufficient fluid intake so why go for the pills too soon?)
Have a work desk (home or office) that has a lot of personal touches (photos, calendars, tsotches, candy dishes, etc...)orpure minimalist (just a computer, lamp, etc...) and practical?
