Try and Dutch are jointly in control of the male initiations, personally I have nothing to do with that side of the fence.
They assure me it is quite a jolly ceremony and your attire must be exactly as they tell you. I didn't have to experience the new initiation myself I went through on the 1999-2005 and apparently it's quite different.
