Aw, sorry about your garlic thread going wayward, Ellpus! (But we had fun!!!) Actually, I'm fascinated by the stuff! Really! So if anyone wants to talk garlic I'd love to join in. You know, I've never actually grown my own. I wonder how I'd get hold of some of some of those super duper European varieties my parents used to grow? They sure beat the hell out of the stuff I buy at the green grocery now.

There y'go, Msolga.....I've discovered that Oz only produces about 35% of the garlic that is consumed there....so you may want to consider a career change, maybe.
