A soon to be released report by the U.S. Agency for trade with China states that Chinese steal about 250,000,000,000 dollars per year in intellectual property and that cheating on other trade agreements costs the U.S. billions more each year. As the Chinese economic boom has yet to produce any real innovation, scientific breakthroughs or other signifignt advances, the report question if China's growth is simply due to Chinese disregard for law and for treaties they have signed but do not honor.
Is China simply a large and dangerous parasite nation?
