You saw a man you had never seen before, but immediately knew who he was. He was not famous and had never been described to you. He was not unusual nor doing anything unusual. How you recognize him??

reason you knew it was him is because he is the only man in history not to have a belly button.
Adam's pretty famous, though. jpcansa said "not famous and had never been described to you." Adam without a navel has been so described in countless riddles.
