These have always been around, but they seem to have increased in frequency lately. The site will be unavailable for 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. Then my window finishes the post, displays the thread, etc.
It seems to affect me five to six times in a half-hour.
OK, it's a free site, but I thought you might like to know.
They have increased, I thought it was just me. Thanks for posting this.
