well whenever your birthday is have a good one spidergal and good luck with exams. Are you going to meet Clary and McTag with Vinsan?

For that she needs to swim all the way across Ganges and travel thousands of kilmeteres to Mumbai & probably carry a Time Machine with her to reverse time 9 hours back when we (Mc, Clary and myself) met.

"shivering cold" ?! you call that shivering cold? phhhbbbttt. minus three celsius over here, and that is still snuggly comfortable. cold has not hit us yet.

BPO's have services (one time setup) sold to the customers from one country (like Europe, Australia, US) and support (forever maintenence & customer care) offered from other countires (India, China and Pakistan)

Call centers are the contracted organizations or native back offices of the BPO's. Biggest BPO in Indian today is 3G which is a BIG communication legend in Europe, Australia, New Zealand. But their Entire customer care is located in India now.

So what 3G as a company we see in India is 3G Call Center whereas what 3G you see outside India is the 3G BPO.
