Just FYI, A2k was all I had open, and a Winfixer ad popped up, in A2k colour.
I have no idea if it was from crap on my computer, or if there is a chance it was from here, so I am letting you know.
Off to scan my computer....
Winfixer is a spyware application. I'd make sure to scan with Windows Anti-Spyware (BETA but one of the best) and AdAware.
Aargh. Can't use the Windows Beta thing. Done Adaware, and Spybot, with no effect.
And there's an ad for it above this page as we speak!
I just downloaded Opera (now free, no ads) and was viewing A2K when I got the Winfix fever too. I'm running MS AntiSpyware now having already run AdAware (that didn't pick anything up).
Mine did.
Dinna fix the smegger, though.
