Is the question, What is the line that has a slope of -4 and passes through the point (2,2)...

Ok, if so, the equations are needed here...
Where m = slope
y - y' = m(x - x')
So... y - 2 = -4(x - 2)
y - 2 = -4x + 8
4x + y = 10 is the line I get..
Which is true, as the values for x,y and m satisfy the equation..

If the line was horizontal, the slope would be 0 and the line would be paralle to the x-axis. If the line was vertical, the slope would be infinity/undefined (n/0) and that line would be paralle to the y-axis.
