Which MNC?

What MNC, do you guys think, would be best for an Asian country like Nepal? Nepal has lots of unutilised natural resources, water resources esp. and needs lots of jobs. Also, i thought solar panels would be great. But, are there MNC's that make solar panels? There already is a solar panel-making company in Nepal, all houses use it, but would MNC's make better ones? HELP!
