Shewolf
I'm getting nervous because Shewolf hasn't posted since 9/23. I hope she and family are OK and haven't lost power so she can't post.

Shewolf has been out shopping all afternoon for a potty chair and is convinced that she's got the best potty at the best price. She just posted her triumph.

It's so good to hear that all of you are safe with little damage. It's also wonderful to hear that Edgar is Dafe. That makes it even more exciting! (You'll never get away from dafe, so don't even try...

Has anyone heard from PDiddie?

All's well with the world if shewolf has been shopping for a potty chair.

I heard from my daughter a moment ago. She and family are in Huntsville, cruising this way, 70mph, 3/4 tank of gas. Should be home fairly quickly now.

Truthfully, I was never in danger. I just wear this Hero button to get sympathy.

Hey, Edgar! So glad to hear you're dafe and dound.

<giggles> (I couldn't resist.)

DrewDad is right about not being able to win arguments with a pregnant woman. I hope the hospitals are open and staffed properly down there if she needs them in the next couple of days. That's what worries me.

Well, they never shut down the Tomball hospital at all. That's where some of my grandkids were born. This kid will be named Chloe.

Just noticed. The rest of the neighborhood, across the street and beyond, has no power. The people directly across the street are running a generator. It's lucky we have electric for another reason. The water company next door relies on the same circuit as us to keep the water pumping.

Edgar--

There is vulgar "pull" and then there are people like you connected to the moon and the tides and the water company.

Enjoy.

My best to Chloe. May she never deserve the nickname "Rita" except for power wisely used.

At last, my daughter is home. She phoned, gave the signal of two rings and hung up, then they probably all fell in bed to get some much needed rest.
