I would ask you to note that in some non-western tribes it is normal parctice to kill babies just after they are born if they are not required. Again, the appeal to rights in this instance would be made in the relevant social context. The appeal to an individual 'right' is spurious because laws and rights do not appear in the 'isolated individual' context.
