You are in a room with only one door. The door is locked. In the room with you there are two identical boxes. One contains a key to the door and the other contains a bomb. There are also two identical robots. One robot always tells the truth, the other one always lies. You can ask each robot one question, and it must be the same question. If you open the wrong box, the bomb explodes and you die. What question do you ask the robots to figure out which box the key is in?
ask them which box the other robot would open to find the key and then do the opposite.
if its the lying robot, he will lie and tell you to open the box with the bomb since the other robot would tell you top open the box with the key. if it is the truth robot, he will tell you the truth about the other robot which would tell you to open the box with the bomb.
