I've sent this message into FB countless times over the past 5 past years, alas, it's been futile, no response. I'm hoping someone from here can use it since their FB Help Forum seems to have magically vanished as well? *sigh*
I use a "desktop" laptop - not a mobile device. My REPORT A PROBLEM feature hasn't worked, and still doesn't, in over 5 years - how am I supposed to report that if the very feature we're to use to the report that is the feature that doesn't work?! Please fix this and email me back immediately This MUST BE FIXED.
