Friends Missing

I have recently updated from Windows 10 to 11 and it has picked up my Facebook account, but my Friends list has fallen off. I contacted my closest relative and asked her to rend me a request in order to try to kick start it, but it would not allow her, saying she is already a Friend. It seems that the left hand does not know what the right is doing, and everything I have tried to date has got me nowhere. Any ideas and suggestions would be most appreciated
