Unable to open some profile pictures.

Looking for advice regarding a very minor Facebook glitch.

I am unable to open a small amount of users’ profile pictures. When I click on their profile picture in the app, a black screen appears with a perpetual spinning wheel. On the desktop version I am unable to click on them at all.

The profiles are definitely not ‘locked’ as I am able to see further information for these users including sometimes being able to open other pictures. I am not blocked by the users as I am able to search for them etc, and open their covers photos.

This only applies to a small number of users, the only thing they all have in common is that we are not friends. Some are strangers suggested as friends by Facebook, others are people I know with mutual friends.

For the vast majority of ‘non-friend’ profiles I am able to open the profile picture.

Any help would be appreciated.
