The Little Tern is a rare breeding bird in the UK The Common Kestrel a bird of prey is not. on my local beach all 240 young Little Terns were fed to baby Kestrels, The adult birds made frequent forays to the nest site to catch them. Should the Kestrel have been shot or should we just sit back & let Nature take it's course?
Ben.
I would say in that case the kestral should be shot but if the laws in the UK are like those in the US that would probobly be illegal.
