Criminal Charges Against Officials - Russia vs. U.S.

Russia has just detained another top defense official. To my memory, it has arrested quite a few others.

In contrast, I don't remember any U.S. defense officials being arrested.

Is this because our officials are honest? Or do our crooks get away with it?
