with OUR democratic ideals. that is, our as in the people of this nation, not some other nation. we are a democracy for our own people, not others. Rolling Eyes .

We could be helpful in an interesting project that would actually lead to something good (i.e. education)

You should check the ACLU site. They are pro immigrants rights and have both position papers, and current cases they are working on.

Doesn't seem nice to be mad at someone who is helping you, but that's irrelevant, not that my opinion matters.

Anyway, I looked up some stuff on Google and I found some stuff for both the affermative and Negative. For the Negative:

Use stuff on the ACLU. It's got a lot of stuff on immigration policy and immigrant's rights.
