As for what I believe is the actual question being asked here, I don't believe in the bible, so I really couldn't tell ya. Although I think it'd be interesting to see what "it" may or may not say about these issues....."it" seems to have "opinions", (rules) about everything and everything right down to same-sex relationships......Anyways...I think I gave way over my two cents.......

No its not.Please stop believing a book written years ago and preached by people that want to control you.
Its only a sin if its not consentual.

If there's no belief in the Bible, how can there be any sin? Sin is a religious term, right?

So, it may be agaisnt the law if it isn't consentual, but still not a sin if one doesn't believe the Bible.

There are many sex acts on the books as illegal in many states even with both (or more) parties consenting, whther they are mentioned in the Bible or not.

It seems every church and/or person interprets slightly differently.

Just for fun: a story. In my hometown there is a huge Mennonite Brethren church. The pastor was my neighbour; i was good friends w/ his daughter.

This is how they explained their ideas on sex:
The Mennonites think sex is a sin if it is outside of marriage.
However, oral sex does not 'count'.
It was hilarious to hear some of my Mennotite friends justifying giving their bf's bjobs while condoning the rest of us for having 'sex'.
However, they took it seriously.

I'm sure everyone has stories like these.
