Why does Facebook think I am spamming groups?

A couple days ago Facebook put a temporary ban on me posting in groups for a day. And now everytime I want to post on a group I have to enter the Captcha. And I don't think my posts are being seen anyway because I hardly get any notifications now. I used to get 10-20 a day based on my group posts. I belong to all these 80s and 90s nostalgia groups and copy and paste what I want to post for the day.

Are you posting the same thing to different groups? Because by definition that's also part of the definition of spamming.

@tsarstepan,
Technically yes. For example if I see a vintage music video I want to post I put the same link in all the different groups

@singlesucks13,
But your repetitive posting activity is still being monitored by the Facebook algorithm. Hence, the captcha tests to make sure your name a bot.
