Arm pit licking weasel

Reply Thu 18 Aug, 2005 11:38 am
I am going to stay at my friends lakeside cottage for the next few days. One of the things I must do is take care of the ferret. The last time I was there coming home after a hot hike in the forst The ferret found my salty arm pit and started licking it. A sensation that was quite fantastic. The ferret now is many years old and I wonder if it is proper to let the ferret lick my sweaty arm pit if it decides to do so?

No it doesn't.It is amazingly friendly. It hops along the house in a question mark type shape that is really endearing. A documentary special on the ferret says people never really ever see one although they are evrywhere.

That is a great li'l graphic!

One of my cats loves to lick me - he adores my deodorant (when I am not using one of the aluminium-free, herbal ones), and will lick my armpit for it - but I won't et him, cos I think deodorant cannot be meant to be ingested.

However, it is fun when he licks my arms or legs - kind of like a massage, as long as he does not lick one spot for too long.

We had a cat who like to run her wet nose down the whole length of my ex's leg in bed! Rather strange, I thought! Laughing Confused

My Rosie cat likes to lick the water droplets off my legs after I get out of the shower. Sounds like your dog, Region.

So, Algis, what happened between you, the weasel & your armpit? People want to know.

Well I just came back from 3 days with the white weasel. She is so very cute. So very uncat like as well. Sensitive, and playfull. She always feels like a mother checking me aall out. particularly the ears. She want s to smell your ears and lick around then slightly. Truely very neat feeling and thing to experience. her tongue seems a little raspy and this time I couldn't interest her in my arm pit. I suppose the curries I was eating might have been off putting. Glad to share this with you other likers of animal licking.

Thanks for the report, Algis! Very Happy
I never considered the possibility of a weasel around the house before, but your endorsement is very convincing! Who could resist a licky, playful, affectionate critter! Not me! Laughing
BTW, could someone clear up a small confusion for me, please? Is what you call a weasel in the US the same critter as the Oz ferret?
Another question, if I may: If weasels are so cute & friendly, then how come FZ's "Weasels Ripped My Flesh"? Perhaps he had a phobia or something?
