Many of the suggestions here are great ways to relax. Being at the beach looking at a beautiful sunset or sunrise, or in the mountains communicating with nature. Reyn suggestions was funny but, great, and healthy. I forgot what president took his clothes off and opened a window to take in the fresh air. Or, was it an official in France? I really don't remember but, it's supposed to be good for your health to let your body breathe.

Ahhhhhh, the soothing sound of the jackhammer. What could be more relaxing than gathering friends together in a lovely park, having some wine, pleasant conversation, and hearing the gentle sound of the jackhammer floating through the summer air.

Though I'm not sure about this suggestion, Angelique.

Anyone who isn't Australian or British (oh, and European of course) should go to bed immediately!

How do you expect to be mellow, when you don't get enough sleep.

Go on, or there'll be trouble.

You don't want to meet Mr Slipper, do you.

Looking at fish swim in a tank works for some. Or going to your nearest public Aquarium.

My dentist has a fish tank and I do my best to bond with the fish and ignore the dentist.

Did it help? I went to a private Doctor, and he had a large Aquarium with large beautiful fish, and it worked for me.
