Gus--

Could you go inspect the Convention Center in New Orleans--with your sound effects? Those people need a focus for animosity.

Yes, a very still, peaceful photograph, isn't it, Noddy? It was taken recently in Albert Park, a suburb of Melbourne, Oz. Early morning.

Just for Vivien:

Ommmmmmmmm.

Close your eyes. Gently.

There are now two slices of cool cucumbers resting gently on them. Smile

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

All those anxious-making thoughts are going, going, going ....

They've gone.

Ahhhhhhh

Relax.

Loosen all those tensed up muscles.

Ahhhhhhhhh

Ommmmm

Relax, relax, relax, Vivien.

Paddy on one side.

Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Rosie's on the other.

Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Peaceful, peaceful, peaceful

Ommmmm.

(so, did that help, Vivien? Very Happy )

Looking at fish swim in a tank works for some. Or going to your nearest public Aquarium.

Msolga, now your having too much fun, and not relaxing. Now lay down on your favorite chair (thats if you have one that can go back). Now look at the fish in the tank, and relax, relax, relax. See them swim, see the slow movements in the tank, the colors, and forms. Very Happy

For some pills I guess. I cannot relate to this at all. I often wonder how people that need to take pills feel. I mean how does their body feel?
