1. A thing of use to none but prized by two

2. Something you cannot give without taking & cannot take without giving

I would really appreciate an answer to one or both of these riddles, they were posed to me by someone very important in my life & would like to be able to answer them.

Hi Swagger, welcome to the forum. You wrote, "…they (the questions) were posed to me by someone very important in my life…"

It would seem so, as the answer in each case is ?'Kiss'.

Good luck.

i thought the second one was a deficit, but the first one i dunno...it's the "of use to none" part that trips me up... But I don't get how a kiss applies to either-- okay yea prized by 2, but "of use to none"?- would that mean to say of use to no single one?..and you can totally give a kiss without taking...the answers I lean towards for the first one are stem cells, placenta or the juncture at which a set of twins became conjoined.
