My Personal Facebook Page Does Not Have The Page Roles Option Under Settings, HELP!

I am not an Admin of my personal Facebook account, and I am not sure why, and Page Roles is not an option under settings for my personal Facebook account. I am currently managing 4 business Facebook accounts, and when I switch to one of those accounts, Page Roles is an option under settings. I need Admin rights to my personal Facebook account to link it to other platforms like Canva, etc. Can anyone help?
