Sharing Instagram Profile on Facebook, Preview Shows pictures from 2 years ago

Over the past few days I have noticed if I share my instagram link in FB messenger. The titles it chooses to preview are from 2 years ago. What's up with that? Anyway I can have it preview a more accurate display of my IG?
