Mass decline or approve on group

I am on a group that has about 53000 ads that I need to approve or decline. Problem is when i click the box to select all the posts it only selects the current 10 on the page. If i scroll down to add more to that list, it even eventually and quickly blocks me from scrolling. How can i do a mass approve or decline of ALL the ads.
