Finding Own Post

I input a Posting on Reddit (or is it AskReddit?).

Now I'm coming back to the site on a subsequent day to find my question and then to read any answers.

How do I find it?

(It seems that new questions and answers are added at such a huge rate that it is near impossible to find anything.)
