Create Post with external link website doesn't preview

One of my friends says that he used to see a preview of an external website when creating a post on his FaceBook Page. We tested it and no longer creates a preview it only post the links itself.

However, When I click on the "Menu" option on the top right corner. The saquare made of Dots > Create Post. It does display a preview. Not sure what happened of the differecen between two ways of posting.
