End the gender bender arugment. A woman is a girl who can makes eggs as the opposite sex via sperm

So females who cannot make eggs for whatever reason or who are post menopausal are not women?

Girls are born ( again born ) with etc amount of eggs. These are special cells that forms into eggs. They are not manufactured like sperm. She can release ( or via science ) these eggs from early in life ( yes girls could start having period from the beginning of their lives and not at 16 ).

Menopause is the end life of being able to produce eggs. Meaning their are literally no eggs left to release.

Women ( all women ) have the ability ( proper organ systems ) to make eggs.

When a person gets a sex change, logically they make what is a vagina, and or breast but they also could use estrogen and various chemicals to force breasts growth. However other functions like

Milk production ( Note men could lactate as well )
Egg production

Can only be done via those organ systems

Talking about science, we should be able to print those organs but again these same material is also dependent in terms of DNA itself. However science is not at the level to manufacture ovaries, and scrotums that is able to product sperm and ovas ( eggs ).

As of now all of these gender-bender operations ( costing hundreds if not thousands of dollars ) can not make a person give birth, nore pass on semen at all and can not be reserved ( even if so ) is not easy. If so it is an operation simular to a test-tube baby.

Right now we have idiots getting sex changes and participating in other gender sports.

All girls are born with eggs, and the equipment ( ovaries ) to set them up for fertilization. It is not the same process with semen ( cum with sperm cells ) in which cells go through a process of transformation to become those cells along with the liquid ( environment ) to keep them alive long enough for the fertilization process. This is also another bonus point for men who do not ejaculate as often because in order to make those cells you body is robbed of important/specific proteins ( ever heard the term gone blind ). Women on the other hand producing the ovas, and a process that happens with or without there permission ( bare in mind birth control will either delays an egg drop by fooling the body into thinking it is pregnant thus "swollen breasts"( is the only accurate birth control up to date ), or makes the area of the body ( uterus ) unable to hold any egg fertilized or not and thus she will see her period even if the egg has been fertilized. Meaning women lose fluids and various important chemicals and will have problems that reflects those losses if not corrected. Sometimes specific dieting and exercise might even force the period not to appear because the body is being robbed of specific nutrients and makes a decision not to release those chemicals to sustain itself. Another issue is that people in countries where women works from early ages those losing their supporting muscles and tissues meant to carry a child through once again from demanding labor ( work/child labor/exercize-uncessary/poor-diet ).

Think about it a woman has all those additional #$ @$$ she has to adjust to and all any guy ( no matter what his age is ) has to do is avoid touching himself .

These gender-benders with new terms being invented like "Birthing females" is just silly. That is the definition that defines being a woman. "A girl that can make her period( pass eggs and or have the equipment to pass eggs )". That is the term point blank. But instead we are turning it upside down for guys who wants to compete in women sports, and even claim themselves to womens rights when women themselves are being robbed of something that makes them .......... "A woman" .

In my opinion we pass a two simple laws.

"Your classed a man if you have the equipment to make semen ( sperm and cum )"

"Your a woman if you have the equipment to make eggs and hold eggs"

Not just because you could plastic surgery your entire body and guys who are willing enough will have your body for the sake of it. It is unfair on so many levels.

We can nip this in the bud and move on with normality.

Which is being robbed from us into the grave on to our children, children.

Just google it. There are medical conditions where the ovaries do not produce eggs and ones where the uterus is not present or non-functional at birth.

You don't think that 1-5% of a population is within an acceptable range for exception where as 100% of men are unable to produce eggs?

1. We make it law that "Your a woman if you have the ability to produce eggs" because no matter how much income you spend on plastic-surgery your still not a real-woman.
2. With medical science we could print-ovaries, and even lab-make eggs
3. Beyond printing we could grow ovaries on the back of another animal.
4. We could make a procedure for her to be artifically inseminated ( as with many ), and the only real work that needs to be done is ensuring her Uterus is able to support life.
5. Real women have Uterus that is able to support life,

So far it could be

Real women can make eggs and or, have a Uterus that is able to support life.

Until one of these gender benders could do that without medical assistance ( so far medical-miracle-science is not doing anything to help actual women have a functioning Uterus, ovaries, but the opposite for some reason )
