Hi. Happy Mother's Day 2022. As of the time of the posting of this today is the holiday.
Are you doing anything special for it?
I don't really have any special plans. I will give my mother a call later today to wish her a nice holiday and talk with her for a little while but that's about it. I am with a new set of relatives here in the Bronx. I don't know what my aunt, the other people in my household and my cousin and her husband who live nearby are planning to do today. I don't know what family holiday traditions these have - this is my first time living with and around them.
Please help. Thank you.

My son graduated from his university yesterday, so we combined Mother's Day and graduation festivities. It was a full weekend.
Well I am a mom .. My girls came in and gave me a gift..I got my
Breakfast a nice dinner but as I am relaxing at the end of the night a pile of laundry is dropped at my feet to fold ...I guess mothers day is over
