I'm sorry I can't help but I wish you all the best. I had to go to IKEA the first time last week because the light fittings in my house use their light bulbs, and I didn't know what ones to get.
It's huge, with a one way system that has you wandering aimlessly for ages before you find the right section, then you have a problem finding anyone who works there. The first person I spoke to knew nothing of lightbulbs.
I finally found the right ones, and now I have the code I can be online.
The car park was a bloody nightmare too.
