Arguably:

1) There was much antisemitism in the former Soviet Union and in Russia.

2) Putin cares about Russians not other groups living in Russia.

3) Putin receives and gives much power to these oligarchs.

4) Ukraine President Zelenskyy is Jewish.

5) I am Jewish.

Given that Putin has been calling the Ukrainian government Nazis and Banderites, I doubt he is openly anti-Semetic, but you can read up on his current close associates here. You would probably need to click on each name to see if there is any comment on religion.

Putin has locked up over 2000 Russians for protesting against the war, he poisoned Russians just a few miles down the road from me in Salisbury, he got rid of the free Russian media and locks up any Russian who dares disagree with him.

Putin cares about Putin, the Russian speaking people in the East of Ukraine are just an excuse to invade.

Whether Putin is a Jew hater or not, I don't know, however there is at least one Jewess he doesn't hate*According to the Times of Israel & Ynetnews)
